Hi, I’m Mahsa.

I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, burnout, low self-esteem, disconnection, and life transitions in a compassionate and supportive space. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and relational, helping you feel more connected to yourself, your emotions, and the people around you.

Using approaches such as EMDR, Gottman Method, Satir Transformational Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and DBT, I support clients in creating deeper healing, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

Whether you feel ready for change or are still unsure where to begin, we will meet you where you are at.
